We sell official seal stamps, embossed documents, and related products physically shipped to the customer.

3. Payment

Payment must be made via the methods indicated at checkout. All fees are quoted in CAD and are due in full before service delivery or shipment.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Refund terms vary by service type:

4.1 Refunds for Notary Services

Clients may request a refund up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Appointments may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds are available for completed notarial acts, as these services are final and irrevocable by law.

4.2 Refunds for Information Products

Digital products may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if not downloaded or accessed. Once a file is downloaded or accessed, no refund is available due to the immediate nature of digital delivery.

4.3 Refunds for Tangible Goods

Customers may return unused goods within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain services, such as expedited same-day certifications and bespoke seal designs, are non-refundable once confirmed. These services require immediate resource allocation and scheduling, making refunds impractical. We will provide detailed justifications before purchase.

6. Service Transfers

Registered clients may transfer scheduled notary appointments to another party by contacting us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment via our contact form. Transfers are subject to availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by applicable law, Seal Parchment’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date will be indicated at the top. Continued use of our site or services after changes indicates acceptance.
